Working Principle of Double Shaft Feed Mixer
The mixer operates using two counter-rotating shafts fitted with angled paddles. As the shafts rotate in opposite directions, materials are circulated both axially and radially, forming a suspended fluidized layer inside the mixing chamber.
This gravity-free mixing action causes continuous lifting, splitting, cross-interlacing, diffusion, and blending of materials—without grinding or damaging particles. As a result, both coarse and fine materials are mixed uniformly in a short time, achieving optimal feed consistency.
